Friday Night...you know what that means!

Yup, Date Night!! I can hardly believe it 3 weekends in a row we have had peaceful dinner dates! What a treat. Megan looks forward to it too! Audrey's tumor results came back. It seems it is a basal cell tumor, not the kind of tumor her vet likes to see. He did get all of it with her surgery so we will see what is next. She is doing great, I will keep you up to date with it. Andrew is back after a week in Orlando, we are enjoying having him back home!

Audrey, my kitty of 13 years, had surgery today to remove a tumor situated on the left side of her stubby tail. Dr. Jackson is going to send it off to the Pathologist and let me know what kind of tumor it is. I am sure she is fine, she is eating and drinking and do exactly what a healthy cat does....absolutely nothing. I thought I would share my day with all of you wonderful people so enjoy, but don't say I didn't warn you. It really isn't that bad.

Date Night!

We went on Date Night for the second weekend in a row! Last weekend we went to Olive Garden and Megan spent the evening at Gymnastics World and had a blast. Andrew suggested another Date Night, and what kind of wife would I be if I turned him down. He had his heart set on it. Heheheheh. Megan has such a good time for the 2 hours she is there. Tonight we cut our date short to go back early and watch her for awhile. Tomorrow I sign her up for Spring Soccer and I think we will go ahead and get her back in gymnastics for the time being. Sorry for the long absence,we just got a new camera and I am finally getting back on the blog. Andrew will be in Orlando all this coming week and Megan and I will probably join him for a couple days so I will be sure and take pics.

Charlotte's Web

We went to the movies tonight. I cannot wait to go buy the movie Charlotte's Web. I couldn't keep from crying at the end. Megan loved it....I think she held back tears. Maybe she didn't want us to see her crying but I know she wanted to. It made me think of a movie I saw when I was a kid. Does anyone remember Phar Lap? It is a movie about a horse, enough said. You should rent it, I remember crying so hard! We had a good night, Megan is falling asleep watching Star Wars Revenge of the Sith. What a transition huh! Goodnight!

We walked across the street to celebrate New Year's Eve, no driving-it was great! Megan had a blast playing with Stephanie, they played all night and watched a couple of movies. Claudine and I walked across the street to my next door neighbors and invited them to come over for some drinks. We had a nice night. 3 bottles of champagne and 2 margarita's later it was 2007! The best part of New Year's Eve was waking up without a hangover!!! Hope everybody had a great time last night whatever you did!
