We're home! We went to Leadville, CO. on the 31st, stayed there for a couple of days....I had to go accross the street and borrow an oxygen tank! I hooked up Megan for awhile on it too. She had one bad night. You just can't breathe up there, I was helping dig out a snow shoe from the neighbor girl and almost passed out! Other than that....Leadville was sooo comfortable. Andrew's cousin Dee made stew the first night, a cake, cookies and they had done some remodeling-the house was beautiful. Family came up from Aurora, CO. and Megan played with Taylor and Logan. We went to the Silver Dollar, a 131 year old saloon. We started off for Telluride February 2nd. Megan went to ski school the first day and picked up skiing very fast, she was skiing blues on her second day!! She skis straight down! We had a fantastic time the condo was amazing, we had two coyotes at our bedroom window on night. Megan ended up going to ski school for 2 days so Andrew and I could go up to Alpino Vino and ski some together. He broke one of his skis one day, I looked back and he wasn't there! I went to watch Megan in her little competition-which she won a ribbon for! He had to go get some new skis, he has a huge bruise on the hip to show for it. We picked up Boo on Monday and they didn't want him to leave, they said he never spent any time in the kennel clients and staff were with him all the time. One of Vet's looked up his info and emailed his breeder because she was so in love with him....that's right! Audrey was such a good girl she used all of her litter boxes and only got sick once. Time to go do post vacation laundry!

It is our last day! Andrew and Megan are getting in some last minute skiing. I am enjoying a great view watching them get on the ski lift! Kevin and Holly left this morning, it was fun having them here. They loved Telluride. We are supposed to get snow tonight so we are hoping to get snowed in! Mountain Village is awesome, you take the gondola down to Telluride and the scenery is unreal. We ate at Allred's a couple of nights ago. We have never experienced anything like that. We rode the gondola up the mountain midway and then you hop off and walk into this amazing edge of the mountain lodge/restaurant. The view was downtown Telluride with all the lights on. We sat on huge leather sofas right in front of the fireplace with snow covered mountains literally right in front of you. Awww, vacation!
